Suya skewers

Soya or Suya is one of the popular appetizers in west and central Africa; usually made with thin sliced beef meat, it’s also associated with joyful celebration of friendship.

Usually made in dedicated places in towns, this gives people the opportunity to meet and eat it together. It is a very spicy dish therefore, it is recommended to cool down the hotness/fire in the mouth with a cool beer or juice. The experience is just unforgettable.

This is one of my favorite appetizers, and I suggest trying it either at home using our Afro Spoon Soya'Nese spice blend; It is a quick and easy recipe, don't forget to leave us a comment.
